Waiting For Tomorrow is the thirteenth episode in season six of Heartland. It aired February 10, 2013.
Synopsis[]
As a result of their jumping accident, Spartan's left leg is broken and Amy must decide to let Spartan have surgery to fix his leg or put him down. When Amy decides to go ahead with the surgery, Tim and Jack are focusing on how they are going to make up the money for the vet bill. Meanwhile, both Mallory and Georgie are suffering from the events at the horse show, both in very different ways.

- This episode is a direct continuation from Playing with Fire, making this the second time a part 1 and part 2 occurrence like this has happened this season.
- Many archival footages of Spartan throughout the first five seasons are shown in this episode and Soraya is in one of them.
- It's revealed in this episode when Georgie sleeps, she has her hair down.
- Goof: in a few cuts at Maggie's, Jake is shown wearing a cowboy hat. Then when showing two more cuts of him, the hat has suddenly vanished. It's likely possible he removed it offscreen during one of Mallory's cut scenes.
