The Quonset Hut is the located between the barn and the house.
Originally space for all Jack's "junk". Lou sets her sites on it for a space to make her jam, Heartland Preserves. She, Mallory, Jack and Lily clear it out, Lou then puts all of it back more organised intent on sharing the space with Jack splitting in down the middle.
