Marnie Gordon

Marnie Gordon (Nee Crocker) is lous best friend from high school, and mother to three children. She is married to Jerry.

Marnie is seen sparingly throughout the series.

Season 1[]

Marnie meets Lou for lunch at Maggie's they talk about their partners. When Marnie visits Heartland she accidentally upsets Amy by wearing one of Marion's jackets. When Pegasus smells Marion on the jacket he starts to cheer up. (Breaking Free) When Lou tells her about her video for Heartland she supports it and suggests her husband, Jerry to film it but Lou declines and tells her she has a "proper director." Lou later changes her mind when her director pulls out. Marnie helps Jerry and, like others, becomes annoyed at Lou's behaviour towards everyone. (The Best Laid Plans)

Season 2[]

Marnie meets Lou for lunch at Maggie's she tells her how excited she is for her about the Corporate retreat. She fishes for a gig as her caterer and mentions to Lou that she is pregnant. When Lou's first guests turn up a week early she calls Marnie in for the catering, who's happy for the new job. (Dancing in the Dark)

Season 3[]

Lou is getting help from Marnie for the catering for Ty's surprise leaving party. When Lou mentions that she's craving anchovies, Marnie tells her that and the forgetfulness is how she knew she was pregnant, unintentionally making Lou think she might be pregnant. Marnie asks Lou to look after Jerry Junior while she's out in town getting ingredients, Lou agrees. Marnie returns to find Jerry Junior crying, Lou tells her that he's been fine but typically has started crying now she's back. When Marnie suggests she's not maternal Lou starts to lash out and blames Jerry Junior. Later, Marnie's trying to cook and look after Jerry Junior, Lou returns and apologises. When he starts to cry she takes him so Marnie can continue cooking. They both look happy and content, Marnie tells her that when it happens for her, she will be maternal. (Broken Arrow)

In Dancing in the Dark Marnie tells Lou that she is pregnant and are expecting a baby in the winter.

Marnie is married to Jerry Gordon her high school sweetheart. They have been dating since Grade 10 and now work together at weddings.

Marnie is a caterer and works with her husband, Jerry, at weddings her doing the food Jerry doing the videos.
