Logan is one of the teens from the equestrian center run by Clint Riley.
Season 15[]
Logan is first seen along with several other teens from a group home that were sent to help out at the Equestrian center by Clint Riley. When one of the other kids begins insulting a horse named Challenge, he helps calm him down, impressing Amy. She suggests that he joins her in her work in gentling a wild horse for Jessica as a wedding gift. He begins enjoying working with the horses. While they work, he mentions how he wouldn't be there for long as his father was coming to get him. This later proves false when his father isn't given bail to be let out of prison. While he works with Amy, he learns that Mac liked to aggravate Challenge by torturing him and throwing firecrackers at his feet. He punches the boy at the gala, upsetting Cooper Hues.
As they work together, he catches the eye of Parker, who is too young for him. Because of this, she works to help clear his name.
Logan makes an agreement with Clint to bunk at the center, providing he help with horse work and graduate high school. Prior to this, he is among the kids who hear Paula Westfield blame local robberies on the center's existence. It is later proven that they weren't responsible.
Season 16[]
In between helping Clint at the center, he began to help Amy with her client horses. When Amy begins working with Moondance, he isn't happy as the horse belonged to Peyton Westfield, the daughter of Paula Westfield, who hadn't apologized for blaming the robberies on the center. He later concedes to help if Peyton could get her mother to donate to the center in apology.
After he graduated, he planned a rafting trip with a friend who had to cancel. Parker suggested a picnic but Katie, wanting to impress him, agrees to go rafting with him. He grew surprised when she got approval from Lou. While most of the waves were slow, they missed the turn off and ended up needing help. Parker called Amy who arrived with Sam who helped them to get out of the water. (On the Ropes)
He was at Heartland when his father, who had been prison, arrived. Throughout the course of conversation, he learned that his father had gotten them a job opportunity in Nova Scotia, where he was from. He told him he didn't want to go because his life was in Hudson. When his father expressed interest in staying, he was surprised. When he saw his father speaking to an old friend, he grew angry since his father's friend should've been in prison as well. His father ended up moving alone to Nova Scotia. (Running Down a Dream)
When Amy is asked to work with Dressage horse, Journey, for his owner Miley, the grand-daughter of barrel racer, Sherri Wild, he expresses interest in Miley. This upsets Katie, who saw the two from the distance, as Katie had a crush on him. This relationship continues as he posts photos online of him and Miley hanging out. (Head Over Heels)
