Jamie is one of Mallory's school friends, until they start High School and she ditches her for an invite from the popular girls.

Mallory tells everyone that she's going to spend the weekend at her friend Jamie's house. She later returns to Heartland after Jamie tells her she has a "family thing". When she, Amy and Lou go to Maggie's for dinner they run into Jamie and the popular girl from school, Rachel. Embarrassed Mallory leaves. She goes to see Jamie the next day, she tries to apologise but Mallory again leaves upset. The next day, Mallory runs into Jamie again at Maggie's, she tries to offer Mallory an olive branch and invites her to hang out sometime but Mallory refuses stating she knows who her real friends are.
