Synopsis[]
The family supports Georgie as she decides whether or not to face a ghost from her past.
Plot[]
Georgie's brother, Jeff, mails her a newspaper article with the name of the drunk driver who killed her parents. Georgie decides to go see him at his house, with Jade, and when leaving Georgie runs into his mailbox. He calls the police and forces Georgie to pay for the damages she caused. Jack and Tim pay the drunk driver, Charles Thackery, a visit, asking him to drop the charges; he asks them to leave. Peter flies in from Vancouver when he hears what Georgie is dealing with. Mr Thackery arrives at Heartland, asking to meet with Georgie. Georgie meets with Charles Thackery and tells him that he needs to become a better father.

- Jade's hair looks to be growing long again after she got it cut in the preceding season.
- To avoid having to pay 300 bucks to get a skunk removed, Tim has Mitch help him take it out themselves as payback for leaving Lou and the dude ranch.
- Lou appears in this episode twice via inaudible phone calls.
- Georgie wears her Maggie's attire, but we don't see the place itself in this episode.
- Jack grows jealous of a french man giving Lisa flowers until Lisa explains to Jack that it was due to money issues, something Jack doesn't usually like talking about.
- In this episode, we learn the culprit who was behind the murder of Georgie and Jeff's parents, but since then has regretted his actions.
- We also learn that Charles is married and has a daughter named Jillian.
- This is the first time in which Peter appears without Lou in the same episode.
- He nearly pulled this off in the mid season 10 finale when Lou showed up at the last minute.
