Trivia[]

  • Lou has already beaten the number of episodes where she is absent in the beginning of a particular season by being absent in this episode after being absent in the preceding one.
    • She is currently still unaware about Georgie's departure from the Extreme Team.
  • While this is Bob's first appearance in season 11, it's also his final appearance overall.
    • It's revealed he has a brother named Jonah who also works at a reserve but in a different location.
  • Mitch does not appear in this episode.
  • To get Atilla to go into the crate, Amy decides to get him in there the same way a mother had to connect with a different foal when her's died during childbirth: rubbing the scent from the horse to the blanket in order to know that they'll be with them while they're away, thus taking the sedation option away.
  • Wyatt becomes the third character to lose a parent figure after Amy and Ty.
    • Like Ty, the parent figure Wyatt lost was his father.
    • Georgie wouldn't count since both of her parent figures passed away.
  • Despite succeeding in the double jump at the rodeo, it was not enough for Georgie to beat the time for first place.
  • In this episode, Brick shows some similarity to Rosaleen from "When Calls The Heart" when he didn't talk after a parent figure passed away.
    • Coincidentally, it was both their fathers they had lost. Brick's was gone because of terminal illness while Rosaleen's was gone because of the mines in Coal Valley.
    • They both also ran away and hid, making people have to search for them. Jack and Lisa found Brick in an outdoor bathroom while Elizabeth Thatcher found Rosaleen in the Coal Valley mines.
